Shopping Addiction Leads to a Financial Whirlpool
Shopping is something most people love. But often the tension, excitement, and absorption becomes such that an ordinary hobby or time filler, an addiction. A shopping addiction like drugs, alcohol or gambling is a blinding thirst where the shopper is not visible in a position to substantially non-essential spending and round. They shop till they drop-and-run into debt spending on their credit cards up to and over its limit reached.
Shopping for many fleeing from the realities of life and itsaccompanying problems. It is only a temporary reprieve from depression, anxiety or loneliness. What is a shopper's paradise does not understand it is a false world, that do not provide happiness or love, or self-esteem. After the shopping binge the person will experience remorse. The accident will be strengthened by the unmanageable financial disaster and debt. This is exacerbated by the ill-deserved in the family or financial advisor. Believe me, more than 80% of the purchases will neverbe used. An addict may hundred pairs of shoes or bags, or coast, or glasses - have a fixed idea that is limited to one type of object.
Like alcoholics, compulsive buyers go on binges when they are upset, lonely, depressed, or feel uncomfortable. Shopping is a "pick me up", a temporary euphoria that lifts their spirits.
The possible repair of Finance and the healing of addiction is possible only if the shopper accepts that there is an addiction. What helps is professionalConsultation and participation in a self-healing group, is concerned with this dependence. A shopaholics version or equivalent of Alcoholics Anonymous.
Guidelines:
1. Primarily small limits on all credit cards. The freezing of the borders will help you limit your spending power.
2. Closing all credit and debit cards.
3. Budget budgetary and other costs. Make specific envelopes and mark it clear what is planned for the money.
4. Sit down with a familyMember or friend and make a list of essentials. Enter with a controlling companion who say "NO" is unequivocal.
5. Never visited sales or discount warehouses. Or watch TV shopping channels.
6. Have not subscribed to catalogs in the basket.
7. Fill your day choc-a-bloc with activities. If you do not have time to 'stand and stare, "you do not have to think for a moment about shopping. Find absorb interesting activities, their interests andTime.
8. Go to the mall or shopping paradise after they are all securely closed for the day. In this way you can to show, without trying to look in a hurry and buy something.
9. If you feel itchy or resist the urge to shop, him with all your strength and go for a walk or go to the gym until you are too tired to do anything else.
10. Pay cash for all purchases or by check. Use one card only in emergencies.
Shopping Spree is a serious addiction. It isEscape from the realities and unhappiness. As serious as drug addicts and an illness, a compulsive shopper treatment that is comparable to other addictions. Addiction of any kind must be left at its source before it reaches a point of no return.

Vogel (Bandon, OR) 2007-10-10 If one takes a fairly good video that needs no editing, a TV presentation is very simple but limited to about 18 minutes, which is the capacity of one side of the mini DVD-RAM disc (which I prefer to use!).
